Customer is stating that part of his driveway on the side is breaking off. He was told that due to... the fact that he did not have us install curbing or block along the side that if he continues to drive up on that side that the stones will come undone.

I am rejecting this response because: No one from your company EVER mentioned if I don't add curbing or block, that my driveway would begin to fall apart in monthsFurthermore, I don't see other driveways without curbing or block falling apart.I contend that this a result of poor prep work prior to putting down asphalt.My driveway continues to deteriorate since I filed this complaint Regards,
