I recommend Stiller Roofing. Zane from Stiller headed up the job on our small condominium building which is approximately 9,000 square feet of roofing and contains seven chimneys. Several of the owners besides me were involved. Each of us had different concerns and raised different problems. Zane took care of each problem with professionalism and courtesy. The biggest problem we gave him was a change of color for the shingles the day he showed to begin the job. We had bad communication between the owners and ordered the wrong color. When he showed up with brown shingles we asked him to send them back and get black. This put him in a difficult position with his company and crew, but he catered to our last-minute change and got us the color we wanted. We were thrilled with that. Once the old roof was off, it was discovered that almost all of the decking had to be replaced, and the chimney connections needed more work than was expected. Zane took care of everything and worked directly with the insurance adjuster to get it all covered. I felt like Zane and the people at Stiller Roofing went out of their way to make sure we were happy and we certainly are. I give them 5 stars!

Stiller and his crew were wonderful! They were extremely efficient and did a fabulous job. They actually left my house cleaner than before the roof was replaced! Exceptionally wonderful! We received several quotes for our work, and they were by far the most reasonable price. I will hire them again for sure, and I recommend them all the time! Use Stiller Roofing!!
