Still Glamorous Cosmetics

Truly a horrible company. I placed an order over 4 months ago and although the money was gone from my account quickly, I still have yet to receive my order or a response to any of my 3 emails. She was, however, very quick to block my friend who asked her about the status of their order.

Product: Amazing... Nothing short of amazing.
Company/Customer Service: "AWFUL"

The way the orders are handled and the customer service is enough to make you stir clear of this company. It's a shame because the pigments are beautiful but that's not enough.

Okay, lets talk about shipping. Seriously!!! What company takes 5-10 days for shipment. The company lacks a lot of informative information. Example, the website states it takes 5-10 days for shipping and once shipped you would be provided tracking number. That is lie #1. If it's going to take you that long to ship then you should add a processing step to your website.

It's obvious the person running the website knows nothing about customer service. Customer service is a crucial step in a business. If you have horrible customer service your business is not going to blossom.

Overall I give this business a 4.. That was for the pigment alone. The shipping is AWFUL and customer service is AWFUL!

NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT AND WRITE MILLIONS OF E-MAILS TO GET THEIR PRODUCT THEY PAID FOR 1 - 3 MONTHS LATER.
