Consumer called on inquiry line: (male) stating that business finally answered his call today, approx 9:50 am. He said the business stated they did send him a check, should be expected in 3-5 business days. Customer still has not received check. He did state that business could/would not answer why... they could not be reached by phone all last week and why they would only respond by email at odd hours (3 am, for ex.).

Customer sent us empty box, but any way we opened a claim with UPSIt takes 10-business days for UPS to respondAs of today claim has been processed by UPS and we waiting for resolution

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The phone I sent was not broken I got another sims card out of my new *** I activated the phone I sent and I can use it as the same as an *** over my wifi now considering as to what I wrote themI called them a lire because the phone is not broken and it had a sims card in the phone witch I no longer needed because I bought a new *** ** as it came with new sims cardI still want my sims card back that they keptI know they lied about the condition of the phoneI can send you a video of the phone workingThank you

The check for $was sent 09/06/by regular mailUsually delivery takes 3-BUSINESS days, but may take longer, up to weeksCustomers who need the money badly should select PayPal as a payment option

Customer sent us broken phone, stating it is fully functionalWe sent him counter offer, offering Broken price $or returnCustomer asked for returnWe returned *** to customerAfter receiving *** customer told us that he sent us *** with with sim card and received it back without sim
cardWe tried to communicate with customer explaining that we received *** without sim, but customer used offensive language in respond, and we stopped communication Again we received *** with no sim card and there is no reason for customer to send to sell *** with sim card Customer's e-mails attached

This is not acceptednot until I here from ups and klymen to call me, as I still don't exactly know what was in the box when it was signed fori had this phone in the original iPhone box and had that into a box tapped up very well.I WILL HAVE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS WITH ups

We contacted UPS about the issue and they did investigation and issuedcheck for minimum loss $100 plus shipping cost.  We sent the check $100 to customer. The case is closed

Customer sent us iPhone with cracked screen and locked by Apple ID. We contacted customer asking to remove iPhone from her iCloud account. Customer were not able to do that, means iPhone does not belong to her. We do not buy lost or stolen phones and returned it to customer. We regret, that we did...

not send it to her local police department.

This  order has been paid within 24 hours from receiving. Same day payment does not mean that order will be paid at the moment it will be received. We need time to inspect devices we receive
