responding to the above referenced Customer Experience Information we received.  Please note that our company name is Commonwealth Copy Products, Inc. dba Commonwealth Digital Office Solutions.  Our website is   http://commonwealthdigital.com/ Commonwealth Digital Office Solutions sold [redacted] a [redacted] copier (not a [redacted] copier) on March 21, 2013.  At that time a Lease was arranged through [redacted] Leasing Corporation of America for a 36 month lease.  Please note that both Commonwealth and [redacted] have several common stockholders, they are in fact two separate entities.  The Lessee has failed to fulfill the terms of their lease obligations and after numerous attempts to bring this matter to a peaceful close the account had to be turned over to our attorney.   I, as a representative of [redacted] Leasing Corporation of American, have made numerous concessions to get the lease paid and have them return the equipment, but the lessee refuses.   Sincerely, Charlene M[redacted]Accounts Receivable ManagerCommonwealth Digital Office Solutions###-###-#######-###-#### Private Fax[redacted]@comdos.com

I am rejecting this response because:In their response to Revdex.com, company acknowledges that it resorts to using unscrupulous tactics in an attempt to bully its customers.They refuse to pick up their machine from our office so they can attempt to continue to charge monthly fees (which are DOUBLE) what they should be.  Company claims they have taken "legal action", but it has been well over a month and no attorney has contacted us.NOT SATISFIED - They are a dishonest merchant.
