Review: I hired [redacted] to install de-icing cables to my roof in October 2014 plus Three out side outlets to my home He asked half down which was 1000.00 to start job and to buy supplies It now March I have tried to contact him at no reply by phone or text I've tried small claims court no know street address this also no luck can not send to post office box Please help roof is now leaking do from all the snow and ice building upDesired Settlement: Just want money back to repair and have some one qualified to finish the job .Please help
