Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Most the information from Stiegmeier porting email is incorrect, it wasn't an eaten superchargerI didn't blow up my engine and psi was not rebuilding or replacing my engineI said in my complaint that I had psi remove the supercharger from a perfectly good running engine just to have it ported for more horse power [redacted] is the one that talked me into a smaller pulleyI told [redacted] that if he could do that without spinning the supercharger to fast then go aheadAfter the supercharger burned up [redacted] told me that even if he repairs the supercharger, he can't guaranty itAfter all that has transpired with this deal I told them that I would take a refund and the broken blower back After the way [redacted] yelled twice and hung up on me twice, shows me that he is not the type of person to admit when he is wrongEven if I get a refund and my broken blower back, I'll have nice car that isn't drivable.You can also contact PSE SUPERCHARGERS AT 1- [redacted] [redacted] 1- [redacted] DURING MY RESERCH BOTH OF THESE BUISNESESS TOLD ME DO NOT EVER HAVE STIEGEMEIERWORK ON YOUR SUPERCHARGERPSE told me that the supercharger is so small that if you put a smaller pulley on, it will spin to fast and burn up I'm willing to except a total refund and a broken supercharger back, I believe that is more than generousThank you for your time.***

I told [redacted] that if he could do that without spinning the supercharger to fast then go ahead. After the supercharger burned up  [redacted] told me that even if he repairs the supercharger,  he can't guaranty it.
