Our review of the patient's account has resulted in these findings: • The patient is being billed $for services on 03/10/for an emergency room physician charge.• The patient's insurance, *** ***/*** *** (** ***), denied charges of $stating the service is not covered under the patient's current benefit plan, thus the patient is responsible for the $balance As a result of these findings, we have taken the following corrective actions:• We have called he patient's insurance and claim being sent back for further review We should receive a response back within days • At this point or until we hear back from insurance, the patient has stopped receiving statements.
