Review: The furniture that I ordered from Stickley Audi & Co. was damaged during delivery. The table was sent back to the factory to be refurbished due to damage incurred during delivery. The manufacturer was unable to restore the table to its original pre-damaged state. The manufacturer only refinished half of the table top. The finish on the reconditioned side differs in both color and opacity from the original finish. I did not receive what I paid for which was a new undamaged table. Instead, what I received is a refurbished table of unacceptable finish quality.Desired Settlement: Since they were unable to satisfactorily restore the table to its original pre-damaged state, I am requesting that Stickley Audi & Co. allow me to return the table and chairs for a full refund. To date they have not been willing to do so.
