Review: I placed an order on 11/**/14 and have since tried to get a status or shipping date for this order. The main phone number always indicates that the line is busy and diverts to voicemail. Nobody has responded to multiple e-mails and voicemails.Desired Settlement: I would like for the product I ordered to be delivered ASAP.

Review: I initially sought the company out on April [redacted], 2014. The first product we received did not match the PMS colors we had provided for our order. I had an agreement with my representative, [redacted] that I would send the product back and I would get a reprint that better matched my specifications. I sent back the first product on July [redacted], 2014. For the next month, [redacted] and I worked together to complete the order. [redacted] hasn't responded to any of my inquires since the end of July. I have emailed him five times, emailed the company, called his direct line and have left countless messages, and I have called the general company line too. I tried to contact them through the number provided on the Revdex.com website, but that line has been disconnected.
At this point, this company has $365.15 of my company's money and I have no product to show for it. This company's nature of being non-responsive to their customers, after months of reaching out to them, is incredibly irresponsible and it infuriates me.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to get a full refund as we do not want to spend another moment trying to work with this company.
