Review: a purchased a phone card for the store in [redacted] for $5.00 about 3 to 4 weeks ago.

when we went to use phone card it would n't work.

the message says the pin number was invalid.

so I called customer service on july [redacted] 3times to get them to check the problem.

when I spoke to them on three occassion they assured me that they had corrected the problem.

this has not been the case.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor their card by putting the minutes on to the card or by giving me a refund.

Review: phone card does not work. tried to resolve with company twice. company charged 'maintenance fees' - this is a phone card that is prepaid. The main complaint is the product does not work. The card cannot connect to the number I am calling. The phone operators, one of whom is ms. mendoza of new york, said they do not give out any refunds. I do not want anymore credit on the card. The card does not work. is costing more time and money on my phone to actually use the card.Desired Settlement: refund. I am will also need to be refunded any costs associated with making any remedies to this problem with the card. For now, I want my money back. Consumers should also be notified of the faulty card - the card does not make any connections. The card is charging maintenance fees - I think this is not legal unless you make a call.
