party to a contract would not share a copy of the contract with an third party unless that party was involved in the transaction. Accordingly, we did proceed with researching the title. After we learned that the complainant had chosen another title company, we closed the file, absorbed our cost of performing the research and, in our eyes, the matter was closed. We are sorry for the misunderstanding, but there really is no issue to resolve.
