Dear [redacted],   First and foremost, thank you for choosing to stay at Stewart Hotel.  We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and are very disappointed in your billing issues.  We certainly understand the frustration and inconvenience this has caused.   After researching...

your reservation, we see one correct charge of $32.66 for the Hotel Facilities Fee.  Due to your inconvenience a credit for this amount was applied to your card this afternoon.  Additionally, we do see an incorrect charge to your personal card for your pre-paid reservation.  We have refunded your card in full for this amount, totaling $106.06.  In total, we have refunded $138.72.  The remaining $63.72 was part of an authorization during check in for your incidental deposit.  Upon checkout, this authorization was released to you.   Again, we are disappointed in your experience after your stay.  I would love to welcome you back in the future to personally handle your reservation ensuring a perfect 10 stay.   Thank you for choosing Stewart Hotel and again, apologies for any inconvenience and frustration this has caused.   Thank you     In Hospitality Always,     Skylar S[redacted] Director of Front Office [redacted]
