Great Company and very well knowledge crew.quick and efficient
My home owners insurance dispatched *** Enterprises to fix my A/C in Aug of 2018.. after several attempts of trying to fix it they ended up having to replace it. When they installed the flashing that goes between the unit and the house they tried to force it under my siding and it buckled creating a gap large enough for rodents, water and cold air into my crawl space. I've made several calls to them even sent a picture, they promised they would come to fix it but never showed. I tried to go through the insurance company and they would promise the same thing to them and follow through. I've attached a pic of the problem.

Please be advised I intend to dispute any charges on my Visa account until my air is cooling properly & I have an itemized statement.
1st message: Last week I notified you my air conditioning was not cooling.
I have left 2 messages to notify you my air conditioning was not cooling, Wednesday July 4th 2018 it had the same issue. the temperature in my home was over 100 degrees in my home. The unit was iced inside & out. I have pets and they can not tolerate extreme heat.

This is my 2nd request for an itemized statement, the electronic statement is not acceptable. The thing I signed on your phone was way too small to read. Also I did not authorize you to charge me for your credit card fee. I was very clear "that fee was not my problem." did come out July 18th and replaced a leaking valve. He stated he had not received my messages. He also said he was going to give me $100 for the problems I had. I'm waiting on the $100. I feel this was resolved only because of filing a complaint.
