Is this the way you deal with your retired and Elderly customers??? I feel completely dissatisfied with your customer serviceYou and your dealer have all my contact information and have not attempted to reach out personally.
At the very least you should be providing me with all warranty repair records, is there a law for that??

customer every time they signed a repair order when the vehicle was brought to our service department and they were given a copy of the final invoice every time they picked up their vehicle from our service department.
