*** *** was informed when she called on Wednesday and when she dropped off the vehicle on Thursday that work would not begin until the following Monday. That information was relayed to her again on Friday when she called to see if we had started on the vehicle. She returned
on Friday and picked up her vehicle. Stewart Cadillac did not do any repairs to her vehicle. Stewart Cadillac will not reimburse *** *** for her rental vehicle expenses

The paper that I signed/initialed when I dropped my car off on 11/6/has no mention of a repair commencing on 11/which gave me no reason to believe my vehicle would sit untouched for days. I have now incurred a car rental bill that could have been avoided

It seems [redacted] complaint is the time it took Stewart Cadillac to complete the repairs. We respect concerns but we did repair the vehicle as requested at a fair price and did provide him a Cadillac service loaner during the time his vehicle was in for...
repairs. Therefore, Stewart Cadillac is not willing to accomodate his request for a new tire. We do appreciate his business and hope to have another opportunity to service his needs in the furture.
