and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.
The answer does not address the issue regarding bills that were sent directly from Steward to Collection agencies (after I have already settled a payment plan months ago)These bills that were sent to collection DO NOT have anything to do with Holy Family hospitalI have also been making monthly payments to the company for these billsI want them to send me a balance of the money they have received from me. The business never actually contacted me. Their response indicated they would. The status of this complaint needs to be updated to the fact that I reject their response and they never contacted me.
