This auction was closed out in error one day prior to the actual close date and time that was advertised for 7pm May 17th 2016; we also have a screen shot of the posted close date and timePer our terms we reserve the right to remedy any problem at our discretion whether it be pull the
auction completely or repost the auction with the proper close timeIn this situation we decided to make 99% of our customers happy and allow them to continue to bid per the posted date and time

A good businees would keep the auction closed and absorb the loss from not re-opening the auctionYou chose not to do the right thingAnd I see that there were only a few bidders after it re-opened and you made no additional money from this entire processThats unfortunate, considering I will be reviewing your business practices in as many online locations as I canRe-opening auctions is unacceptable to those who use online auctionsi was denied the right to purchase those items in your auction
