He provided a shipping address of [redacted] with the zip code for [redacted] Upon receiving the order, the web team noticed that there is no town in [redacted] State called [redacted] and corrected this error before processing the order to the recipient’s address in [redacted]. Unfortunately, the customer’s follow up email correspondence never reached the web team. Upon learning about his complaint to the Revdex.com, a senior member of our staff contacted the customer immediately via phone to rectify the situation. The customer expressed gratitude that the salesperson fixed the error on the mailing address and reported that he was satisfied with the follow up phone call.
