My money was returned to my account but my overdraft fees was not also my return check fees whit the company's that my checks return was not. Also the manger [redacted] stated that he would not charge me for my meal but I was still charged the 191.90 For my meal
complaint on Harbor Inn Seafood. Mrs [redacted] dined with Harbor Inn on Friday April 1. Harbor Inn did over charge Mrs [redacted] debit card as a mistake. When we realized it the next morning we contacted our processor [redacted] and they assured us that the transaction was cancelled without any problem to her account. Come to find out [redacted] did not cancel the transaction and Mrs [redacted]'s account overdrew. I contacted [redacted] and Mrs [redacted] and exchanged phone numbers to make sure we can resolve the problem as soon as possible. Her money was returned to her on April 7 and [redacted] and [redacted] covered all her fees. I spoke to her numerous of times and even offered to give her the $200 she spend in the restaurant that Friday night. She stopped answering her phone and put negative comments on social media.
