I have left a message for the customer to call me. After speaking to the tech that recommended the radiator hose, I found that he stated to the service writer that there was evidence of a coolant leak at radiator where hose is attached,...

(corrosion) I do not see an estimate for a hose on work order but there is a cost estimate for tires when they are needed of about $179 each. So I'm not sure if that is where the estimate may have come from. As for the license plate bulbs, it's possible the lights may not have been on when he checked these bulbs. I hope to here the customer so I can apologize to him. This is not the way we do business and obvious mistakes were made. I have spoken to all my employees regarding this situation. We will do better when communicating with our clients.I will update this further after I here from customer.
