Please be careful when you deal with this company. They wanted to charge me almost 1,200 to change a kitchen sink fixture?! What is the fixture made of, Gold? Another plumber came and did the job for $300 TOTAL!
I have heard other stories that they quote you and exorbitant price for a job that turns out to be hundreds of dollars less. One friend said that they wanted $2,500 for a job that his friend ended up doing for $40. What!!!! You have been warned....good luck. Oh yeah, the technician tried to "negotiate" the price after I expressed my dislike for his numbers. Asking, "what I would like to spend." Wow!

Garbage disposal replacement and labor $1,001.00 (excluding tax) for a 3/4 horsepower garbage disposal and one hour labor. They do not separate materials and labor on their billing.

Steve's Plumbing was responsive and attentive. They worked with me to improve my concern, and I am satisfied with the result and their service. I appreciate their accommodation and care.

I am leaving a one-star rating mostly because it has been so difficult to talk to someone who can assist me directly in resolving a billing issue which has been going on since May.

I had a leak along the wall in my condo bathroom, and the plumber originally sent by Steve's Plumbing in May misdiagnosed the problem. Because it was late in the afternoon when he arrived, he said he'd come back the following morning to do the repair. The next morning, however, a different plumber arrived, who was originally going to go to the apartment next door due to a miscommunication from the plumber the day before. Once that was straightened out, the plumber worked in my unit, only to discover that the leak in my bathroom was due to a shower from a unit above mine which had tiles that were not grouted and waterproofed properly. When water splashed along the shower walls, the water was leaking through the tiles and down the wall into my bathroom below. This was determined to be a structural problem and not a plumbing issue. So no plumbing repair was done. The matter was referred to a restoration company.

The original bill from Steve's for this work was $3,100. It listed plumbing repairs that were not done. It took more than a week to straighten this out and properly document what was the origin of the leak. That delayed my insurance company's response so I could get repairs done. The amended bill was $1,570.68 because I received a "Discount for not having to replace the drain section." This bill was dated May 22, the second day the plumber came to my apartment.

I had not paid that bill yet because I was still waiting to see what my insurance would actually cover. Meanwhile, that bill was sent to the condo association this week, along with a second bill for $994.76 for what appears to be the additional cost of the first day the plumber came to my apartment. Bear in mind no actual plumbing repair was ever done. Also, the first plumber on that first day, May 21, misdiagnosed the problem.

What drove me to write this review is that I have tried over the last two days to contact someone in the accounting department so I can discuss these bills with them. I called twice yesterday and talked to very nice receptionists who told me a supervisor or manager would call me back. No one did So I called again this morning, and was told that the supervisor who was supposed to call me back is not in today. I asked to talk to a manager. No one was reportedly available. I then called an alternate number for Steve's listed on the Revdex.com website. Again, I talked to a very nice receptionist who told me I would get a call back... Still waiting.

This issue would not have resulted in my filing a one star review on the Revdex.com if someone at the business who could help me would have called back within a reasonable time period.

A suspected washer leak turned out to be a sewage system replacement. Called Steve's Plumbing and Schon came out to check it out when I saw water coming out of the ground. Brandon came out to estimate the job cost which I approved. Schon and Chase did a very good job of digging up and replacing most of the sewer system. I really appreciated the speed and immediate response to my problem and showed me the blocked/broken areas of the sewer system on the camera probe. In hindsight, the repairs seem to be overly priced at $46,000+, which amounted to over $9,000+ per day for 5days of work. That being said, perhaps I should have gotten a second opinion on the cost.
Happy with the work of Schon & Chase on a very trying job.

I had outstanding service from two technicians. The first was Aaron. He replaced the main isolation water value and the water reducer. Relocated the isolation value to the side of the house to make it easier to access. The second was Audie. He fixed a leak under the sink by replacing the faucet. Both were efficient and very professional. I would definitely recommend both of them for any of your plumbing needs. Steve’s Plumbing is definitely a go to company.

I have used this company twice with two different technicians. Both have given excellent service and made sure we were totally satisfied before they finished the job. We were given an estimated bill to examine and could ask any questions we wanted before they started the job.

Best all around service ever! It was easy to communicate my needs, schedule an appointment, get a quote on the spot and have the work done immediately. Audie was my mobile technician who had great customer service and did an amazing job on the plumbing that needed to be changed out. When the work was complete he gave me his card and told me I could contact him for a courtesy call out and he would install the trim. The gals in the office told me he was booked and I would have to wait a week for this to happen. She asked me told hold several times and then said I can get him out there tomorrow. Again they wowed me and adjusted his fully booked schedule to assist me. I’d like to thank Steve’s for taking care of their employees who in turn took Great care of me! Thank you

The person who came out to the house I assume was a plumber. Identified the trouble and check prices for the part on the internet. He then called his superior to get a price quote for the item and the labor for the job. Total price was greater than $500.00 A bill was provided but was not itemized, when called and an itemized bill requested non was provided. It is unethical not to provide a break down in the final bill. I have no idea how much I paid for labor or the part. It is also unethical to have a client sign the IPAD and then tell them that they signed a contract and would have to pay even if the job was not done. Again the service individual who came to the house was very good and showed the proper respect at all times. I could not in good faith recommend this company. I did speak with a CSR at the company and all she provided was "sorry'

I have read your comment, I still say that you need to provide a itemized bill, I do not feel that the part installed cost as much as you charged for the job. As for labor that is between you and your employee. The part installed has yet to function properly and hot water is not being supplied from the collectors to the tank. As for your contracts the consumer needs to be informed prior to signing and the worker should not have to call for a price charge. You need to provide a listing of price for parts and labor so we may make an informed decision.

Billy at Steve’s Plumbing was just a terrific help. I highly recommend him and Steves plumbing.

Called because our toilet was overflowing. Lyle and Steve came out to assess the problem (it was the main line backed up) and then Maka came out to unclog and fix it all. They were all polite and efficient and COVID19 safe. Thank you all for your prompt help. Hope to never have to do this again, but if I do..we will be calling Steve's Plumbing!!
