Wonderful. Everything was as it should be. I would do business with SIAS again. Polite, knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, excellent pricing. He provided a small window as an estimated time of arrival and arrived at the front edge of it. He explained his process of diagnosing the problem. The repair was complete in under 2 hours of his arrival which includes leaving to get the needed parts and returning. The bill did not include his time gone; just the service call and the parts. Again, wonderful.
