Steve's Detailing

Review: I went to Steve's detailing on 9/22/14 at 5:35pm. I purchased the express car wash which was valued at $35.99. My car was returned to me with the front left fender dented. When I noticed the damages, I immediately called at 6:16pm to discuss the damages with the manager who was already gone for the day. The woman I spoke to took my information and said [redacted] will call me in the morning. Of course, [redacted] nor anyone else called. So, I called again. When I finally got him on the phone he said to bring the car in which I did one hour later. This was at 11:15am on 9/23/14. He also said that he would have to pull the video footage from that day to inspect the condition of the vehicle. Again, I had absolutely no problem with that because it would only prove that my claims were correct. Then, when I went to meet with him and his staff he said the video camera's were not working and that he was not responsible for the damages. I showed him pictures of my vehicle that were taken two days prior to me going to the car wash and again he completely disregarded my claim and offered no resolution to the problem. In addition, to the damage that was done to my front left fender the windows were dirty and they didn't even put in any air freshner in my car.Desired Settlement: I want him to take accountability for the damage and fix my fender to the condition it was in when I entered his property.I want the video footage pulled. The proof is there. And, if his camera's are broken which they were not when we spoke on the phone then I want the video footage from Chase Bank where I was earlier in the day.I appreciate your assistance with this matter. I was treated poorly and hope that you can help.Thank you.
