I sent a driver head to this company to be "shaved". I received it back in a reasonable amount of time. There was slight finish damage caused by poor packing on return shipping. I was able to buff out the rub marks with auto compound polish.
I have used the product with no improvement in distance or ball speed on a launch monitor.
I have tried to contact on customer service form, return form, phone and email. I can get no response.
The guarantee on the website apparently means nothing.

I bought a shaved Taylormade SLDR from them. Ended up paying $519 for the club. Received it and could tell it was shaved, as described. I chose the COR level as recommended by them based on my swing speed. I literally hit the driver 2 or 3 times and noticed that the club face was caved in. $500 gone like that. I contacted them and after a long wait, they finally got back to me. I sent the club back to them and they reviewed it and agreed with me. Their resolution was to sell me another club at their cost, which was a $50 discount. I didn't want to spend another chunk of money for a faulty product that they didn't stand behind. Sadly, i'm out the money and they just returned the club to me (without the head cover this time..) I wish I knew this going into it. I hope someone else wondering if it was a good idea or not will find this and help them make the correct choice, which is stay away!!
