[redacted].[redacted] was unable to complete t** service that I prepaid for.[redacted] repeatedly cancelled appointments claiming that ** was too busy to do t** job on my car. After t** third cancellation I asked for an explanation and ** refused to talk to me. I asked for my money back and ** refused to give me what we originally agreed to.[redacted] also refused to provide me with a receipt for t** partial work that ** completed.
[redacted]. I am a windsorite, and have always supported local businesses and owners. It's a shame that ** treats customers this way.
