Steve's Auto Body

Rant coming. I had some damage to the rocker panel on the passenger side of my Tesla and took it in to Steve's Auto Body in O'Fallon, Illinois. Not only did it take 6 weeks (4 week estimate) and over $11k (8k estimate) to fix it (thank the gods for insurance), they damaged the front license plate holder so badly that the plate swiveled, scratching the paint. A washer was missing and the bilt put on so tightly that my husband can't get it off to repair the damage and reattach the front plate. Jason, the man handling my car, also refused to talk to me or return my calls and would only text my husband. Now we have to figure put how to fix this and repair the scratches caused by the loose plate. We will not be taking it back to Steve's.
