insured may have had with the agent prior to calling us, but we were not informed about the property being sold until [redacted] We processed the cancellation on [redacted] that was effective on [redacted].
I spoke with this insured on [redacted] when he called to inquire about the whereabouts of the premium for his cancelled policy. He explained that he sold the property in July, and had not received his return yet. I explained that we were not notified that he sold the property until [redacted] If his retail agent doesn’t notify us that coverage is no longer needed we would not be aware of it. I also stated that I was unaware when or what his and his agent discussed about the property in question. I told him that we received notification on [redacted], and the cancellation was processed by [redacted]. I suggested that he contact the agent because the return would be sent to his retail agent.
