Ms***'s heater was fixed properly on January 1st, She phoned in to the after hours phone number requesting serviceOur on call maintenance technician did respond and replaced the heat strip in her unitThe system was working properly when they left Ms*** called again later that night Maintenance reported to her apartment first thing in the morning on January 2nd only to find the heating system was turned off, yet the thermostat was reading the temperature as degrees in the homeMaintenance turned the heating system on and it immediately began warming up Within a matter of minutes, the system was reading degrees while set at and continuing to rise Her request for service was addressed and remedied in a reasonable amount of timeWith extreme cold temperatures, we advised her not to turn her system off when she leaves during the day, as it will take it extra time to heat back up at night To the best of our understanding, this situation was resolved appropriately and no further action is required Please let us know if you need any additional information
