My office managers have spoken to [redacted] on the phoneThe entire issue with him being upset is that he could not get a Road test before he was starting a new job that is outside of the Buffalo AreaWe have no control over where the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles is scheduling for Road Tests and we NEVER guarantee a specific day or time to any of our customers on when a Road test will be scheduledif he would have stated in the very beginning that he needed a Road Test date by a certain time my staff would have told him there is no guarantee of thatIt is summer time and Road Tests Get booked up very quickly [redacted] also resides in an area that we do not service, He has an East Aurora zip code but lives in South WalesHe was told the day he signed up that we do not go to South Wales and he then agreed to meet with our Instructor at the [redacted] in East Auroraif he was unhappy with doing that then he should have never agreed to itYes he had to wait until July 20th for his first lesson, we are very busy and it is summer time, again if he was upset about waiting and with his start date then he did not have to sign up with Stevens Driving SchoolWe never caused a delay in him taking a five hour, they are offered daily except on Fridays and are a walk in, this was also explained to [redacted] when he signed upWe can't help the fact that he waited this long to sign up for lessons and be upset that we could not accommodate getting him in for a Road test before he leaves to start his new jobHis Instructor Jim did try to get him in very quickly for his lessons but unfortunately again we had no control over where NYS DMV is scheduling Road testsWe have no issue in refunding any part of his package that was not used but he never asked for one with the times he called our office, instead he decided to be very disrespectful to my staffHe can call the office and ask for Amy or Michelle at 674-and they can go over the refund policy with himHopefully we can get this resolved quickly as we never get these types of complaints because we go above and beyond the best we can to accommodate all of our customersTell us why here
