Stevens Creek Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge

First off, I'm sorry I bought a Jeep at this dealership as they were shady and overbearing the entire time They ran my Credit even after I asked them not to because I was still deciding if I wanted to buy a Jeep
Now my Grand Cherokee Jeep has had a few issues with the Radio - The hacking update thing, but now it says, "There was a problem while starting the head unit" Everything on the jeep is stock and nothing tampered with
I call for service and the next appointment isn't ready until April 2016?
months !!!??? They got some serious service problems and will never get repeat buyers at this service level I'm Sickened by steven's creek response time and feel like a fool I bought a warranty because the warranty only means it'll be fixed whenever steven's creek has time to fix it
No backup camera, No Music, No heated Seats, No Cooling Seats, No GPS, No Custom AC settings
NEVER AGAIN!

Dealer sold me a lemon. A brand new vehicle developed severe electrical problems 24hrs after sale and I returned for service the next day. Three, multi-day visits later they still can't fix it and their service people treat me very badly. Their service department completely incompetent and the GM will not even return a phone call. My case manager at Chrysler told me they failed to open a Star ticket with Chrysler even after they were directed to. DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALER!
