Velo Reno offers bicycle tune up services Their website details the services that are performed in a tune up A tune up includes (per website):
Shifter and derailleur adjustment
Lube cable and housing for brakes and derailleurs
On Monday May 7th I provided Velo Reno a bicycle , and it was communicated to them from me that I wanted a tune up of the bicycle
On Friday May 11th I returned to Reno Velo to pick up the bicycle after I was notified through a phone conversation the tune up of the bicycle was complete
Upon inspection of the bicycle it was noted:
shifter and derailleurs had not been adjusted
cable and housing for brakes and derailleurs were not lubricated or cleaned
