We did do the repairs of his window. We had to remove the window because all of the framing was rotten. In order to repair the framing the window had to come out. When we opened the drywall up we could see that the water was leaking down from the roof. We showed this to the customer prior to making...

any repairs. He told us that he had another contractor to do that work and that it was fixed. We knew the water was coming from the roof because the framing above the window was rotted as well. Once we showed them the problem the customer told us to proceed because he assured us the work was being done. At that point we told him that the warranty would not cover anything if the roof leak damaged our work. This was told to the consumer in a response to their email to our business. We received no further contact after that.
