On July 27, 2015 [redacted] brought her vehicle to us to install a used radiator that shepurchase from a local junk yard. We told her then that the radiator was not any better than theone she had in the car, but she wanted it installed anyway. We did quote her a price on a newradiator and...

installation. On August 12, 2015 she brought her vehicle in again for us to install aused taillight and glass to her left outside mirror that she also provided. I have enclosed herinvoices to show she was only charged the labor to install the parts that she provided. We evenlet her make payments when she couldn't afford to pay in full.Ms. [redacted] continued to bring her vehicle in for service on September 15, 2015 and October15, 2015. There was no mention in her last couple visits that there was any issue. Her signficantother [redacted] contacted the shop on approximateley October 19, 2015 and said Ms. [redacted]wanted her money back for her radiator. She did not purchase the used radiator from us. Ms.[redacted] has not even contacted us in regard to this situation.We at Stevens Auto Store are accomadating to our customers, and fair. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me.  Brad hung up on me when I did try to contact him and he never told me or My Neighbor [redacted] that the radiator wasn't any good. He in fact told me where to purchase the parts they were in their individual packaging . He didn't and/or couldn't shoe me my old radiator because HE never replaced it.. He is ripping me of and I am NOT satisfied with No out come. I'm out my money and my truck is still broken..  To me, this mater is NOT resolved.
