Their is a conflict of interest that has came to my attentionThe owner Ken of the franchise is good friends with the head manger of the body shop and Ken said I would be contacted by his insurance with a $deductible which hasnt happened Eric vp of ops emailed me that they are self insured one is dishonest I need third party help I feel im being takin advantage of due to the different stories I have been told and a strange conversation I had with Ken when he told me about his deductible and said he would give me $to go away
Parts were correct for vehicle, see attached The merchant's staff (including mechanic and general manager) were incompetent and should have researched if they did not know how to do something instead of throwing parts at a problem I, as the customer, had to bring them a video of how to properly handle the procedure Their competitor, Red Mtn Tire, was able to correctly time the vehicle within an hour of drop off with the parts they are complaining are incorrect Since the merchant removed the distributor and reinstalled it in the incorrect alignment, I had to pay Red Mtn Tire to remove and install again in the proper alignment Leaks were not fixed as claimed and I would not trust this merchant to do ANY repair, no matter how small on any vehicle again
customers vehicle was brought into a dealership and is currently being repaired
