Don S*** was hired to install a new Electric Gate Operator (manufacturer - FAAC, Model # 844)This is a very highly rated gate operator After installation the operator has not functioned correctly as it keeps getting stuck at the list obstruction and needs to be resetI contacted the company FAAC and they informed me that the sensitivity of the operator has not been adjusted correctly by the installer
Don is supposed to be professional installer with many years of experience in this fieldI believe that he has not take the time to do the job correctly and despite my numerous request has not come back to fix the problem He tells me that he will come and then never shows up or calls to reschedule
