I hired [redacted] on 10/5/12 to file an amended complaint and to get back documents from the EEO. After I paid her $6,000.00 to do the foregoing, he went on vacation. He refused to do what I hired him to do. I fired him on 10/23/12 because he refused to do what I hired him to do. He never filed anything for me. He never got my documents for me. He never submitted ANY work to me. He is a fraud. He stole $2,800.00 of my money and billed me by the hour WHEN I NEVER AGREED TO HIS HOURLY fee or to be charged by the hour. I am a federal attorney.
