This customer was given all files related the their project. They were advised that typically two printed copies are provided for customers however due to issues (original prints were lost) I was experiencing sending them from El Paso to Dallas, the customer was advised to have the files...

printed locally and I would reimburse them for the fees. Any printing company including Staples or OfficeMax has wide-format printing services...I explained the process and was willing to pay for the copies. They have all the necessary files to fulfill their need for construction documents...they simply need to be printed....I'm not sure why a complaint was filed this is ridiculous.
