Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/03/07) */ I have left a message for the customer to call meAfter speaking to the tech that recommended the radiator hose, I found that he stated to the service writer that there was evidence of a coolant leak at radiator where hose is attached, (corrosion) I do not see an estimate for a hose on work order but there is a cost estimate for tires when they are needed of about $eachSo I'm not sure if that is where the estimate may have come fromAs for the license plate bulbs, it's possible the lights may not have been on when he checked these bulbsI hope to here the customer so I can apologize to himThis is not the way we do business and obvious mistakes were madeI have spoken to all my employees regarding this situationWe will do better when communicating with our clients.I will update this further after I here from customer
