On May 13th I dropped off a riding lawn mower to get the gras cleaned out of the beltsOn may 19th I received a phone call saying my lawn tractor was finished so I went to pick it up and pay for the serviceUpon paying and getting home with my lawn tractor I checked out the compartment in which Steves Rental told me they had cleaned all the grass out ofI noticed tons of grass inside the compartment that was not removed which they stated they had cleaned and charged me for cleaning itI contacted the owner *** and he stated that they had gotten everything they could by hand and by an ait hose to clean the compartment of the grassI contacted law enforcement and was told to file a small claims action against Steves RentalI plan on going to the courts tomorrow may 20th to do soAfter speaking to the officer I returned home and made a video of how easy it was for me to reach in and grab all the tons of grass remaining in the compartment for which Steves said they had cleaned out and for which they charged me to doI now have this video and alot of photos showing just how much grass was left in there that they said they removedI would not recommend this business for anything and beware of their scamsIts pretty bad when the owner himself says he did the cleaning and refused to give me a refundHe stated Bring the mower back in and we will take all the metal off the mower and get every blade of grass out of itVery unprofessionalDO NOT USE STEVES RENTAL AND SERVICE IN WISCONSIN RAPIDS, WI
