Hello,Our customer has been refunded in fullThe customer's name is [redacted] ***The gentlemen who posted the review was his caretakerI am not sure if he was aware that [redacted] has been refunded or notWe went to the jobsite on 12/4/and let them know that the price for their was going to be a little moreThey decided not to move forward, so we agreed to give them a refund of their deposit and let them know that we would mail them a check out for their depositWe sent a check out that week and for some reason they did not receive it within a weekTwo days ago, we then decided to put a stop payment on the check and went to his bank and deposited the full refund for the customerWe called the customer one hour later and they have confirmed that received their full refundCustomer stated that they were happy and grateful for the refund.Thank you,Matthew H [redacted] General Manager
