[redacted] Please See Attached Documents [redacted] On March 20, a new clutch kit with throw-out bearing was installed in Mr [redacted] 's vehicle.Approximately one week later, Mr [redacted] called to say there was a noiseHe dropped his car off andwe warrantied the throw-out bearingThis was around April 1, Then six to eight weeks later, Mr[redacted] called and said there was a new noiseI asked him to stop by with his car so we could take alook at itHe was annoyed because he said they only have one carHe became irritated and angry, butsaid he would bring it by.From there we did not hear from Mr [redacted] until February 1, Almost 7-months laterHecalled at 3:47pm and said his vehicle was still making a noiseHe began getting worked up and becameangry, swearing and demanding $I asked him to calm down and to call back when he was not soangryFrom there he proceeded to call more times, of which I have of the messages where hebecame very belligerentI have the messages recorded if we should need to submit themAt this pointmy employees and I are concerned for our safety.On February 10, I talked with our O'Reilly's Parts representative, which is where we had purchasedthe partsHe listened to the messages and felt that due to the tone of the messages, we should try andsettle with Mr [redacted] On February 11, Mr [redacted] accepted a check from Steve's MobileAutomotive, Incfor $in settlement of this claimO'Reilly's paid $and Steve's Mobile Automotive,Incpaid $300.We consider this complaint closed, as Mr [redacted] said he would be withdrawing his complaintPleaselet me know if you need any further information.Sincerely,Steve R [redacted] Steve's Mobile Automotive
