Hi Diane! *** *** contacted your office about a deck repair on 6/I just received the complaint letter today, but it had already been scheduled & is being worked on as I send thisI hope all is well! ***
This client is being less than forthcoming about the allegations in her claimAn agreement was reached May, 30th We contacted this client with a “welcome call” on June 6th at 12:pmAt that time, as well as at the time of ordering she was reminded that we were on a 6-week schedule for
project installationsThis consumer was never told that a project could be completed “in a few weeks” We called again on June 15th at 1:pm with a courtesy follow up to make sure our client knew we were looking forward to her start date and that we were making the necessary arrangements to proceedSome time later the client decided things weren’t moving quickly enough and called our firm five weeks in to the processShe wanted to breach her contractOur general manager met with her on July 17th and she would not honor her commitmentThe consumer told our management to keep her deposit in lieu of the breachWe will be happy to honor the agreement as written and apply any earnest money accordinglyWe have zero fault in this consumer complaint and ask for it to be immediately removed from our record for legal reasons and inaccuracies
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:This company is not to trustedI am cancelling the contract with return of all money
Sincerely,
*** ***
Our client may not understand the contract as writtenHer project was constructed exactly to the specifications listed in her agreement. At no time during the building of her project were “used” or substandard materials on her job site
We have made numerous attempts to satisfy this consumerHer original 4-week start date was pushed back multiple times mostly due to situations created by our clientShe will not acknowledge her responsibility in the delayEach time, other projects then took her place in the production queueWe have custom ordered materials and even had the expense of technical drawings rendered that she insisted upon for her home owner’s association, after their completion and delivery, we found out that they were unnecessary and not requiredAs recently as yesterday we tried to discuss in a meeting with no resolveOur legal advisor is weighing our options and we will proceed as advised
I spoke with *** ***, who said the roof was completely finished, and the ceiling damage was caused by water getting under the roof shingles from a recent stormMr Rosa went to the home as a courtesy he applied Kilz to water spots, and left the consumers with double color match paint to repaint the
ceiling
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Sincerely,
*** ***
At no time was our client asked enter in to a “fraudulent” relationship with their approved lenderFinancing must be procured and established before any project can be released to our production team to orderAt that time the project is placed in a queue and installed in the order of purchase
Deck and Fencing projects are extremely popular at the time of this particular agreementOur clients are made aware of an approximate installation date based on their place in the queue and kept informed based on unforeseen weather conditions that may prohibit us from our routine scheduleOften, a payment for a project may occur before the installation due to these factorsOur installer had numerous projects in their municipality at the time of this order and thought he had applied for permits on this project along with othersThere is no problem obtaining them for this client as we have already received the deck permit and are waiting on notification to pick up fencing permit as well
