Dear Revdex.com & *** ***,Upon customer contacting us on 11/5/customer no longer has any complaints and thanks us for our willingness to help his nephew with his vehicle problemsIt was clearly stated to the customer the amount that would be charged for us to perform services on
his vehicleUnfortunately the extended warranty company did not cover those charges.The customer stated that he asked us to look at his car only and speak with the warranty company when he dropped it offAfter taking a look at the vehicle we spoke with the customer and his uncle to clarify the amount that would be charged to them if the warranty company did not cover itIt was explained multiple times and we do have telephone call recordings that are clearly understandable.The uncle & customer do not wish to dispute anything further to our understanding and is satisfied with our service provided to them.Sincerely,Steve's Auto Repair
