Great experience and highly recommend! It was an easy process of getting ahold of the owner to come by and drop my tv offHe called me the next day with a diagnosis; he shared that the part needed would be costly and didn't' recommend since it wouldn't be worth it versus buying a new televisionHe could have ripped us off and suggested ordering the part and charging labor but I appreciate the ethical and professionalism of this ownerI am not sure I could agree with the negative review below (in what universe would a small business owner leave their shop unlocked and susceptible to vandalism?) and urge you to visit Garrett's Electronics for fair and honest business at a fantastic price
