[redacted] came into his office on February 6, (a Monday) I gave Mr [redacted] the attached letterHe told me that he had spoken to Mr [redacted] on Friday, February 3, at approximately 7:a.m(he looked at his cell phone)He stated that he extended his apology to Mr [redacted] for not going to him home earlier but that the rainy weather did not permitHe attempted to set up another date possibly Friday 2/10/Mr [redacted] raised his voice at Mr [redacted] at his displeasure at not being able to give him an accurate dateHe told Mr [redacted] that he "wanted" Mr [redacted] to Re-Spray his entire home and felt Mr [redacted] did not do the job that was expectedHis demands were in a threatening manner, his tone of voice was very harassingMr [redacted] has explained to Mr [redacted] that he has completed the job that he was hired to do at his home address: [redacted] **Attached for your reference is the signed Contract/Agreement dated 9/13/The two invoices were paid by the customer, Mr [redacted] ***Mr [redacted] did explain to Mr [redacted] that the Industry Standards have been applied and met
I am rejecting this response because: Since meeting with Mr [redacted] on the 26th he has not pursued any further actions to contact me or fix the stucco
Business contacted consumer for appointment to possibly resolve the matter at 8:30 am on December 26.
