Painting and concrete repair were very poorly done.
Poor attention to detail and apparently lack of expertise:
House was sprayed and never back rolled ("holidays" across the entire house)
Poor "cut in" (jagged lines between trim and body, overspray on trim / windows / fence, entire areas were missed and are still the original house color, the house was not trenched as promised originally)
Failure to cleanup work area (paint chips everywhere, cigarette butts strewn across the entire yard, blue tape, etc.)
Concrete repairs was neither level nor blended. No attempt was made to "bleand" or "feather the repair. The "repaired" surface is more of a hazard than the original crack.
Deck paint was poorly applied and is now cracking / peeling just 5 months after application.
Unable to satisfactorily repair "bubbling" paint, even after agreeing to pay for additional sealer.
