Professional and communicative through the entire process. Steve, Brian and their entire team work diligently to bring your vision and their creative input to life. I would highly recommend their services!
Thank you for the review. We always strive to exceed your expectations and usually succeed. If you are looking for quality and value at a reasonable price then we are the company to use. Thanks again *** for a nice review and I know you will enjoy your project for many years. Steve
DO NOT do business with this company. I spent weeks trying to get Steve *** to give me a quote for an outdoor kitchen, landscaping and lighting and all I kept getting from him was "you know we're not the lowest price". He told me this over 7 times while walking my property and when he committed to give me numbers he then tells me "I don't think we're the best fit for you because it seems you want a deal." Now I happen to live in a $1.6M home in one of the most exclusive gated communities in Sandy Springs AND happen to be African American. When I let him know that he was insulting me but continuing to reference the cost without ever giving me the full quote AND then proceeded up on me hang up telling me he doesn't need my business. The worst experience ever by a contractor...well they missed out on a $55k project!
This is very unfortunate that his man decided to do this. I never did any work for him nor did I even give him an actual estimate. I did give him some very rough ideas of typical cost on a project like this. I made a courtesy call to him to talk about the rough ball parks and I was trying to explain why his assessment of my pricing was incorrect. He then started interrupting me and not listening to what I was saying. Since he was not listening I very respectfully told him that I did not think it was going to work out. I wished him luck on his project and hoped that it all went well for him. He may not have heard me as he was still talking, but I did say that and then proceeded to hang up. It would have been pointless to stay on the line with him at that point. He did not want to hear my explanation. I have been in business for 35 years and have a great reputation with customer service. I run a very good company and I don't think I have ever had a review like this before. Not 100% sure, but if it does exist, it was a very long time ago. I do not think it does. He then sent me a very disrespectful email after our phone conversation and I again responded very respectfully that I wished him all the best and I hoped his project went well. If you ever meet me, you will know right away what kind of person I am and will want to do business with me. I am honest and fair in all my dealings with everyone I meet. I guess in this case he was just not happy that I decided it best to not do business with him. Again I wish him luck and hope his project goes well. Sincerely, Steve Montgomery
