Due to hail damage, needed just the front of the house re-sided, gutters and one window repair, and one side of garage re-sided They started this just before Labor Day, it is now 12/and I'm still waiting for the window to be replaced and the flood light on my garage to be re-attached after it was removed, in September, for the siding Project manager rarely returns phone calls Calling the main number hasn't helped either, no one responds

We met with the *** on Friday, October 24th, and addressed their issuesWe replaced pieces of drip edge where the gutter cut outs were, all damaged shingles, ridge vent, and caulked around chimney flashingThe ice and water shield was installed correctly, they just didn’t see it when
they initially lookedWe verified with the *** that everything was to their satisfaction on that FridayWe will be finishing the work that is left, shortly

We have contacted *** *** within the last week to let her know we will take care of any and all repairs associated with her roof replacement. Weather is an issue right now as it is below freezing and there is snow on the roof. I have been out of town for the last weeks and that has been my delay in responding to the Revdex.com complaint, but we did contact the ***'s and to my understanding we are all on the same page at this point. As soon as we get some better weather our repair guy will be going to their house and we will contact them to schedule that as soon as the weather allowsSincerely,

We have reached out to this customer and left numerous messages to rectify the repairWe can only inspect the roof when the customer is homeWe have called from the office many times and our project manager has called numerous times to coordinate a time to meetWe have a voicemail today, at 6:

I am rejecting this response because: they did return and made some repairs on the roof. We told Josh W[redacted] that we were going to have someone check the repairs and he agreed with this. We paid someone to come out and inspect it today and he still found several problems. He made the needed repairs and will share the videos of what was not correctly fixed with Mr. Josh W[redacted]. They did address the leaking roof by caulking around the flashing at the chimney and hopefully that will solve the problem of the roof leaking (however they were paid to replace the chimney flashing but did not. They reused what was there). The other repairs were completed to our satisfaction (the gutter drip edge was replaced, the new downspouts and gutters look good, and the window wraps are all satisfactory as well). We are waiting to get the 6 screens back which are being repaired, the air conditioning unit fins repaired, and the doorframe at the back of the house wrapped as per insurance specifications. We are waiting for completion of everything as per the  contract. We would like to thank you for your prompt assistance in this matter.
