I have since learned of at least three other people who have filed suit against Kaplan for taking their money and disappeAringHe no longer lives at the *** *** address on record, so serving papers on him is difficultHe is a conman who demands more and more money from desperate clients who just want him to finish the work that he started and then abandoned, offering up a litany of excusesHe should be in jailDeal with him at your own risk
